Privacy notice

This notice explains how Good News Manna Inc, operating under the customer-facing name Goshen (including Goshen Bespoke and Goshen Wall Panels), handles information submitted through this website, referral links and text-message request flow.
Information we collect
We collect the contact details, measurements, selections, referral source and project photo you submit. If you request a text, we also record your mobile number, the consent wording and time, an irreversible network identifier, delivery status and link confirmation. Order events may include the contact and purchase details Wix provides.
How we use it
We use the information to deliver a requested link, review and follow up on a project, administer orders, maintain referral attribution, prevent abuse and keep required business records. A project-review or link request is not permission for unrelated marketing.
Optional submission location
When you submit a project, your browser may ask once for permission to share that device’s current location. If allowed, we retain the coordinates, browser-reported accuracy, permission result and submission time. Whether or not precise location is allowed, an approximate region inferred from the network is stored with the submission. We use this only to check submission consistency and investigate abuse, fraud or disputes. Declining precise location does not prevent submission, and Goshen does not track location in the background. Location can be inaccurate or manipulated, so it is a review signal rather than proof of identity or the project address. Precise location is limited to authorized business users; opening the optional map link sends the selected coordinates to Google Maps.
Wix referral storage
When you continue to the Wix store, Wix may store an audience-bound claim credential in local storage while it connects to the current purchase flow. The credential is server-valid for no more than 24 hours and contains no phone number, partner code, referral or invite identifier, or private SMS invite token. Wix removes it after a successful binding or on the next visit after it expires; an expired value can remain on a device that does not revisit until you clear browser data.
Service providers
We may use hosting, email, text-message and commerce providers, including OpenAI Sites, Resend, Twilio and Wix, only as needed to operate these functions. We do not sell customer personal information. Mobile opt-in information and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Text-message disclosures
Goshen may send transactional and customer-care texts about requested links, quotes, estimates, invoices, orders, pickup or delivery, appointments and support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Photos and security
Before upload, the selected photo is reprocessed on your device as a new JPEG to remove embedded metadata such as EXIF location and device details; files that cannot be processed safely are not submitted. The prepared photo is stored in protected project storage and may be attached to the private notification email sent to Goshen. We limit access to authorized business users and keep suppression records so an opt-out remains effective.
